השפה מבוססת על דימויים מטאפוריים ייחודיים-כגון יוניקורן כייצוג לעובד ייחודי, ודבורים או דולפינים כסמל לעבודת צוות ושיתופיות-בשילוב אייקונים ופלטת צבעים ייחודית, חיה ובולטת. המערכת מתרגמת ערכים, תרבות ארגונית וחוויית עובד לנראות מובחנת, רגשית ובלתי נשכחת לדף הקריירה ולתקשורת פנים-ארגונית.

An employer branding project for Lumenis, a global leader in medical and aesthetic energy-based technologies. Developed as part of my work at Signature-it, the project features a fully AI-generated visual system.
The concept is built around unique, metaphor-driven imagery-such as a unicorn representing individuality, and bees or dolphins symbolizing teamwork and collaboration-combined with distinctive icons and a bold, unique color palette. Together, these elements translate company values, culture, and employee experience into a recognizable, emotional, and memorable brand presence for the careers page and internal communications.
